Description
Physical Properties: Dark brown, highly acidic and oxidizing Liquid.
ZN-1547L is a highly concentrated chromate to produce yellow chromate coatings over zinc plated surfaces. Coatings produced with ZN-1547L chromate are virtually scratch-free, do not crack or flake on bending and are highly corrosion resistant.
The chromate film produced with ZN-1547L has a uniform thickness and colour. Depending on the concentration of the solution, yellow colour can change from light yellow-iridescent to dark yellow. When properly used the dip is long lasting and can be replenished on a continuous basis.
